White Gold
Just downloaded and watched all six episodes. Worked for me and I thought it was funny. The golf scenes in the second episode were shot at my club. Loved the music too. Great time the 80s

Yeah, I really like it. Didn't know the last two episodes were available.

The golf episode has been the best one.

"I warn you I have a competitive streak"

"it's all right I probably act a right cunt when I get out there too."

Watched a couple and enjoyed them.... not many characters in it that are easy to like though.

Re: White Gold
I quite liked the way that James Buckley's character is so cruelly revealed to be completely tragic in the episode that was on last week.

And his revenge scheme was genius.

Re: White Gold
James Buckley is lush,

The character he plays is just horrble though. Wannabe spiv with a horrible wife . I think making them all quite unsympathetic is a brave bit of writing though.

Oh and yeah good soundtrack

Re: White Gold
Wurzel, it is Orsett Golf Club mate. The putting scene is shot on the chipping green not the 18th. The first tee they went to is the 18th. The Pro Shop they showed is the old pro shop and now used for club fitting etc. I was amazed the club let him take a big chunk out of the tee although to be fair I do that most weeks!!!!

Re: White Gold
Ah right I thought you meant the scene where they met the marketing blokes, That's in the Springhouse (formerly Shell club). Never played Orsett but I know it's quality, they held the preliminaries for the Open there yrs back.
